Hemp Milk

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender (preferably a Ninja blender) and blend thoroughly. You will have to adjust the  honey, pomegranate juice and the hemp milk as well as the yogurt depending on the size of the smoothie as well as texture and taste you prefer. For less than half a blender we recommend 1 teaspoon of Kale powder and 3 teaspoons of Vitamin C powder.
