From beating nighttime snacking to cutting back on fast food, here are some easy tactics to curb bad habits.
Eat Breakfast Like A King

They avoid eating on the run- they sit down and pay attention to what they eat. They eat with friends and family.
Drink More Water
Make water your beverage of choice Go slow on the sugary drinks and lattes.

Plan the Time to Eat. Close the kitchen after dinner. Finish your dinner a few hours before sleeping. Store healthy snacks like fruit, nuts and crackers in case you crave a nibble late at night.
Eat Whole Foods First– Foods that are rich in fibre fill you up. Eat sparingly high density foods. Eating mostly low-density foods is the easiest way to keep your weight in check without feeling hungry or like you’re depriving yourself.
