Plan the Time to Eat.  Close the kitchen after dinner. Finish your dinner a few hours before sleeping.  Store healthy snacks like fruit, nuts and crackers in case you crave a nibble late at night.

Eat Whole Foods First– Foods that are rich in fibre fill you up.  Eat sparingly high density foods.  Eating mostly low-density foods is the easiest way to keep your weight in check without feeling hungry or like you’re depriving yourself.

It may feel awkward at first to change your eating habits. However,  practice can help you to monitor yourself  and allow you to break mindless eating patterns, which may be the key to a happier and healthier you.
