Wednesday: Make a list of things you enjoy doing but rarely do

Thursday: Schedule self-care into your life

Friday: Remember to enjoy the foods you eat

Saturday: Make exercise fun

Sunday: Practice constructive self-talk

Of course the right exercise and nutrition helps.  To increase weight loss success, set achievable goals. Losing one or two pounds per week is a reasonable goal and can generally be achieved without extreme measures. Weigh yourself weekly; every week that you reach your goal, acknowledge and reward your success. This will perpetuate positive thinking. Before long, you’ll find that your motivation and energy have increased, and the pounds are coming off.

Conquer compulsive habits and learn to love yourself today.    At the end of the day, what you eat is more important than you think.
