Easter Bunny Salad

I was wondering what to do for Easter lunch and my sister sent me this image. So I rushed to the market and bought some fruits and a pineapple. Use whatever fruits and veggies you like.

The Recipe:

Green and Yellow Zucchini Zoodles
Blueberries
Green Grapes
Red Grapes
Easter Eggs
Dressing of your choice.

Method:

Skin and slice pineapple into rounds. Cut out ears.
Slice blueberries into half for eyes and mouth.
Place pineapple on tray as in image.
Fix ears with toothpicks.
Position eyes and mouth.
Arrange zoodles and fruits around the Easter Bunny. Pour dressing over. Place some Easter Eggs for a finishing touch. Admire it and take a picture.
Wishing all my family, friends and well wishers a Happy Easter.
