And so the celebration continues …and today it was a sinful dessert- a fusion of east and west .  A delightful combination of thick coconut milk mixed with cream and sugar and a few black cherries thrown it. Coconut Panna Cotta is a very light, creamy concoction that could go straight to your heart (and waistline).
