Mascarpone Cake/Easy Birthday Cake
Once a year, i reserve the privelage of baking for myself. This year it was a Honey Mascarpone Cake that came out perfectly golden brown, moist on the inside with loads of flavour. It was absolutely scrumptious and I baked it again on request from a friend.
