3 Special Beverages Which Will Speed The Process Of Digestion Within 15 Minutes | Natural Health Care For You

1. Olive oil in combination with lemon

Drink a tablespoon of olive oil with little bit of lemon juice. It is best to be consumed in the morning or a few hours after a meal. This is a home remedy that will quickly activate the digestive organs.

2. Warm water with lemon

Squeeze the juice of one lemon in a glass of warm water. Drink this mixture. You can drink this beverage as a preventive in order to prevent difficulties during digestion process.

3. Baking soda with lukewarm water

Put half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of lukewarm water. This combination is well known because many people use it in order to soothe bad digestion. Remember to use only pharmaceutical soda which can be found in all pharmacies.

This recipe is not recommendable for those who have stomach ulcer.
