Awesome Arm Workout

If you’ve only thought about lifting weights because hitting the iron makes you  feel unsure, insecure, and fearful, allow me to clear all this up. Undoubtedly, you’ve heard the horror stories  about how lifting heavy weights makes women big & bulky, or maybe that its dangerous, or bad for your joints. You might be paranoid about the idea that once you have muscle, you cant stop lifting or it will all turn to fat.

It’s all BS, and it feeds into stereotypes that are keeping too many women from experiencing the profound benefits of resistance training.

It’s time to put that fear and uncertainty aside. The fact is lifting weights does none of those awful things, but what it does do, is help you to live in a healthier, more toned and stronger body. When you seriously look into your fitness objectives, you may be surprised to learn that strength training will not only help you reach them, but you will reach them faster than performing cardio exercise alone.
