Homemade Yee Sang or Prosperity Toss Salad is a scrumptious dish that is mixed and tossed with a lot verve and gusto as high as possible. This annual Malaysian Chinese tradition, is inseparable from the season’s festivities to usher in blessings for the year ahead. We really enjoyed the experience and since then I have been making my own vegetarian version of Homemade Yee Sang or Prosperity Toss Salad every year.
