Rejuvenating Salad/ Vitamin Salad

I came across the recipe for Rejuvenating salad or Vitamin Salad a while ago while engaged in my favourite occupation. Browsing for a couple of minutes everyday is a means to find easy recipes that are quick and simple to make. So I just jotted down the ingredients on a scrap of paper and added it to my list of recipes to make. In fact, my kitchen drawer is full of scribbled recipes on different sized pieces of paper. The only thing to do is to shred or cut the vegetables really fine and gently mix together with herbs and dressing of your choice. This is a very pretty, brightly coloured salad that is attractive to see and good to eat. You may see my video for a detailed explanation of it.

The Recipe:

The Ingredients:

1 cup finely cut cabbage, wash and drain; 1/3 cup grated carrot; 1/3 cup grated beetroot; 3 caps of Aloe Vera Concentrate ( this is something I love to use and is availabe through me); herbs of your choice like mint or coriander or tulsi leaves- I use whatever I have at home; salt to taste; 1 tbsp olive oil; pepper powder or chilli powder to taste- I leave it to you as to the quantity.

Method:

Mix everything together and eat this for 3 days continuously at night. I am told this will clean the fecal fat in the bowel and flush out the toxins in the body because of the high fibre content. It also balances the ph level in the body. So enjoy yourselves and let me know how you liked this salad that is chock full of nutrients.
