A Happy New Year to everyone.  I have been busy with guests throughout Christmas and the New Year and have badly neglected my blog.  I was going through the recipes on this site and decided to share Five Awesome Must Try Recipes for 2024.  There are so many recipes, that I feel compelled to make them myself in order to re-aquaint myself with them.  So here goes…

If there were one recipe that I could happily eat everyday for the rest of my life, this would be it.  Mangalorean Egg Stew is both easy and delicious.

Cashew Pulav is a Mangalorean Rice Recipe that goes really well with Egg Stew.  As children, I would pick out the cashew nuts and leave most of the rice.  Now, I love the rice too and enjoy making this special recipe for guests.
