 Almond Meal Condensed Milk Cake

The Almond Meal Condensed Milk Cake is a recipe I scribbled on a scrap of paper and stored for years in my recipe book.  In fact, I can’t remember where I got it from and when I wrote it down. That’s what I do whenever I come across any recipe that I feel would be worth trying out.  Almond Meal Cake With Condensed Milk turned out to be as good as I felt it would be. Since then, the Almond Meal Condensed Milk Cake has appeared in my home, every now and then- at Christmas time and whenever I felt the urge to make something quick as a give away gift to others.

It is one of the easiest cakes to make and I am very grateful to the person who shared the recipe long time ago.  I hope you  try it yourself and let me know whether you like it as much as I do.
