Serradura or Portuguese Sawdust Pudding has to be one of the easiest desserts I have ever made. Don’t let the name put you off. Those who eat it for the first time keep scraping and scraping and scraping the bowl in order to get every bit of deliciousness into their mouths. I am sure if no one was around they would not hesitate to lick it clean. One of the best desserts to make for Christmas or any special occasion.
