Thank you for joining me today while I showed you how to make a beautiful tomato rose.
This is something I learnt from my sister many years ago when she was a student of hotel management in India. This is a simple garnish that can be used to dress up any dish and because it is so easy, I make it very often whenever I want to pretty up my dishes.

How To Make It:Take 1 firm tomato and make a slit at the bottom as in the video and start peeling the tomato right until the end. You should have a long strip of tomato skin. It does not have to be regular in shape. Just ensure it is long. Start rolling from one end to base until you have a beautiful rose. The slit end becomes the base. Put it down and use it to garnish any of your favourite dishes.
