Five Easy Paneer Recipes

If you love paneer aka Indian Cottage Cheese, these recipes  are for you! In India, most vegetarians and others have heard of Paneer, at least while dining out.  Paneer is an Indian cheese that’s made from splitting milk by adding lemon juice or vinegar.  Paneer supposedly dates back to the 16th century in Southeast Asia where Persian and Afghani rulers first introduced this homemade cheese.  Irrespective of where it came from, today Paneer is a much loved and valued item in Indian cuisine and there are numerous recipes for someone who loves Paneer to go through.  I am sharing 5 different ways to add a delectable Paneer dish to your daily menu.

The first recipe is a simple homemade cake for those who have a sweet tooth.
