Mango Green Sago

During the fasting month in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, all kinds of intriguing things appear in the markets and bazaars.  I am talking mostly about food.  On one of my trips to the super-market, I saw these colourful sago pearls and bought some pink and green ones to use whenever I felt like it.  That really was a good buy because the dessert I made looked so colourful and attractive. In fact, after eating out at our new favourite discovery, we hastened home and indulged in a gorgeous Mango Green Sago and a lazy afternoon.  There’s nothing like Mango combined with sago.  The combination of Mango with Green Sago takes the humble dessert to a different level.
This does not require sugar as the mangoes are sweet enough
