Summer time is the best time to enjoy a Fruit Salad Bowl.  It is light, refreshing and oh so delightful.  I enjoy making these Fruit Salad Bowls with a combination of different fruits.  It’s up to you to mix and match and come up with a tasteful combination of fruits that would please anyone’s palate.

The Recipe For Fruit Salad Bowl: Serves 1 or 2

The Ingredients For Fruit Salad Bowl:

1/2 Avocado

1/3 cup low fat milk/almond milk

sugar or honey to taste

some mango cubes

some pear cubes (skin the pear first)

3 lychees

2 tbsp pomegranate arils

Garnish:

Reserve some fruits for the garnish

Method For Making Fruit Salad Bowl:

Blend avocado and milk with sugar.

Transfer to owl.  Add the fruits one by one and gently mix together.

Garnish with reserved fruits.  serve cold or at room temperature.
